Service-Based Refunds

Our services involve significant time, effort, and resource investment, including expert consultations, compliance documentation, and filings. As a result, once payment is made and work is initiated, refunds are generally not possible.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
• Non-Initiation of Service: If no action has been taken on your request within 7 working days from payment confirmation, and you decide to cancel, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
• Service Denial: If we are unable to deliver a service due to eligibility issues or external restrictions, a partial refund may be considered, depending on the case.

Non-Refundable Services

No refunds shall be provided for:

• Services already initiated or completed
• Government fees, statutory charges, or third-party payments
• Delays caused by client inaction, unresponsiveness, or failure to submit required documents
• Customized advisory, consultation, or planning services once delivered

Cancellation Requests

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days. The amount will be refunded using the same method of original payment. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
